You're new Accounts Payable Administrator role will be working within a fast-paced facilities management organisation ensuring invoices are received and recorded, working with internal teams for coding and approvals, reconciling supplier accounts and raising the payment process for BACs, international and manual payments - all standard duties.
Where the fun comes in is process optimisation. The finance system is well established but the senior leadership are looking for you to bring a fresh pair of eyes to see if improvements or efficiencies can be made throughout, you'd then be responsible for deploying your ideas across the business.
We're looking for you to bring your expertise of accounts payable (what works, what doesn't) to this role so you will need to have a background in finance to be considered.
