The Opportunity for you…
Are you currently working in tech sales but not enjoying where you are? Maybe you're getting battered with KPIs, your commission structure isn't strong, or the workplace environment isn't for you?
This Managed Service Provider (MSP) is looking to build out their sales team to win new business. They're in a very strong position at the moment (35+ in headcount) and are looking to increase this over the next year or so.
In terms of background, this MSP are flexible for the right person. There's no question that we need a commercially minded salesperson - maybe you're more experienced but not enjoying where you are at the moment for one reason or another, or maybe you've done a year or 2 in telesales (or similar) and want to get into a sales role where your earning potential is unlimited and you can truly start earning some good money. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and build relationships. Likewise someone who has strong commercials and wants to pro-actively win new business.
You'll be working under the director here. If you're more experienced, and have some successful years under your belt, you won't have someone constantly looking over your shoulder here, and if you're more junior, then training and guidance will be given on the job by their more experienced members of the team. You will have plenty of support too. Like all sales roles, it wont be easy as tt might be 3/4 months until you start winning your own business, but the directors will steer you in the right direction and provide on the job training + support.
This is an adult environment, so you’re not going to be chained to your desk 5 days a week. You'll be encouraged to get out and about to win new business and if you need to WFH that is no issue. This MSP truly values its staff and – I must say, most of the staff do prefer to be in the office though due to the camaraderie!
