This Senior People Partner fits that bill!
You’ll be joining at an exciting time, the company has acquired a number of other businesses recently and are in the process of establishing new identity; everything from values to job titles are being revised so there’ll be lots of projects you can get your teeth into from day one.
Underpinning that is your day-to-day operational HR; looking after employee relations, performance management and development of a diverse telecoms organisation which is constantly growing.
To be able to hit the ground running you will need to have worked at a People Partner or Senior People Partner level before and know your stuff when it comes to ER. Whilst you report into the CPO this will still be an operational role so your data analysis and reporting skills will be called upon a lot.
You’ll be shaping a growing telecoms company and working as part of people team that are genuinely valued within the business.
